This complete kit replaces your factory 5th wheel pin box with a high-capacity gooseneck solution, allowing full truck bed access and improved stability. Designed for Lippert 1621, 0719 RhinoBox, FlexAir Rota-Flex, and L05 models (12″ wide pin box), it includes a Demco auto-latching gooseneck coupler rated for 24,000 lbs GTW and 6,000 lbs tongue weight, ensuring secure hookup with a 2-5/16″ gooseneck ball.

The kit features a quick-install gooseneck pin box that mounts in minutes, eliminating the need for bulky 5th wheel slider rails and hitch plates. With three height-adjustable holes, it accommodates most standard truck beds—from 6′6″ to 8′—while reducing tongue weight for better control and less chucking. Unhooking is effortless with a simple lever release, and the lightweight design improves payload capacity. Safety chains are required (sold separately) but not included in this kit.
