NOVIEEX 18kW Tankless Water Heater – 4.9 GPM, 240V, 3-Point Use

The NOVIEEX 18kW electric tankless water heater is a high-performance solution designed for small-to-medium homes, apartments, and commercial spaces requiring reliable hot water on demand. Powered by an 18kW heating element at 240V with a maximum current of 75A, this unit delivers a 4.9 GPM flow rate, ensuring seamless hot water for up to three fixtures simultaneously—whether it’s a shower, kitchen sink, or laundry machine. Its space-saving, ultra-thin design (measuring just 11.14″ wide × 15.86″ tall × 3.18″ deep) replaces bulky traditional tanks, freeing up valuable space in basements, garages, or utility closets.

With 99.8% thermal efficiency, this tankless heater eliminates energy waste by heating water only when needed, cutting utility costs by up to 60% compared to conventional systems. The adjustable temperature range (77°F to 140°F) is displayed on a clear LED screen, allowing precise control in 1°F increments. A built-in smart adaptive system maintains a consistent temperature regardless of water pressure fluctuations, preventing scalding or sudden temperature drops. For installation, this unit requires 2 × 40A double-pole circuit breakers and 8 AWG wires—always consult a licensed electrician to ensure your electrical setup meets the demands of this high-power system.
