ForconMed Wheelchair Oxygen Bottle Holder

The ForconMed universal oxygen bottle holder is designed to securely transport medical cylinders while using a wheelchair or transport chair. Constructed from durable steel, this holder ensures stability and safety during mobility activities. The vibrant red finish serves a practical purpose by clearly identifying the location of the oxygen supply, aiding caregivers and medical professionals in recognizing the presence of the cylinder at a glance.

This unit features a 4.5″ inner ring specifically engineered to accommodate cylinders with a diameter of 4.38″. It is compatible with C, D, E, M7, and M9 oxygen cylinders, making it a versatile solution for various medical needs. The holder is designed to fit most standard wheelchairs, transport chairs, bariatric heavy-duty wheelchairs, and reclining wheelchairs regardless of brand. Installation is straightforward, requiring the holder to be fixed between the push tube and the lower bottom tube of the chair using two U-shaped metal parts to keep the bottle vertical.

Please note that this package includes the red oxygen bottle holder only. The necessary mounting hardware, specifically two Round Bend U-Bolts with nuts, is not included and must be purchased separately. These bolts should have an inner width of 1.77″ and a length suitable for M6 nuts. Proper installation with the correct hardware is essential to ensure the secure retention of the oxygen cylinder during use.
