The FlexHitch 6in Offset Gooseneck Hitch Extender is designed to address the challenges faced by short bed truck owners. When towing gooseneck trailers or campers, the limited cargo bed length can pose significant safety hazards. Tight turns and reversing maneuvers can result in collisions with the truck's cab and rear window. This extender moves the ball back by 6 inches, providing extra clearance to prevent such impacts and ensuring more stable towing.

The hitch extender is compatible with trucks featuring standard square base gooseneck hitch systems. It works seamlessly with gooseneck trailers using a 2-5/16” gooseneck ball and fifth-wheel campers fitted with a 5th-wheel-to-gooseneck adapter. Constructed with reinforcing ribs and a main body that is three times thicker than comparable products, this extender offers outstanding rigidity. It evenly distributes heavy-load stress, resisting bending and deformation during heavy towing. The extender is rated for 38,000 lbs GTW and 8,000 lbs tongue weight, meeting and exceeding nearly all factory towing specs for most pickups, ensuring safe towing.
