Dr. Shrink DS-SWK Boat Shrink Wrap Kit Up to 24′

The Dr. Shrink DS-SWK Shrink Wrap Kit offers a comprehensive protective solution for runabouts and pontoon boats measuring up to 24 feet in length. Designed to provide durable and reliable weather protection, this kit includes a robust 7-mil shrink wrap roll paired with a dedicated roll of heat shrink tape to ensure a secure, airtight seal. The inclusion of strong woven cord strapping further reinforces the structure, offering the necessary support to maintain the integrity of the wrap over time. This system is specifically engineered to shield your vessel from the elements, ensuring your boat remains in optimal condition even during prolonged periods of disuse.

Installation is streamlined with the inclusion of specialized tools such as a ring cutter for the strapping and a disposable film knife for the shrink wrap material. The kit is equipped with four weather-tight, self-adhesive vents to facilitate necessary airflow, preventing condensation buildup inside the covered area. Additionally, three end caps are provided to protect support posts, while six individual buckles allow for a precise and secure fit around the boat's hull and structure. These components work together to create a tailored fit that accommodates the specific contours of runabouts and pontoon designs.

While the kit provides all essential wrapping materials and small tools, successful installation requires the use of additional equipment not included in the package. Users must supply a propane-fired heat tool, a ladder, a hand saw, support poles, and a propane tank to complete the setup process. This professional-grade kit is ideal for boat owners seeking a long-term, high-quality storage solution that combines ease of application with superior protective performance.
