The ACiQ‑12PTC PTAC unit delivers reliable year‑round comfort for spaces up to 550 sq ft. It provides 12,000 BTU of cooling and a built‑in 3.5 kW electric heat kit that automatically engages when the heat pump alone can’t meet demand in very cold weather, ensuring consistent temperature control.

Designed as a drop‑in replacement, the unit fits a standard 42″ × 16″ wall sleeve and grille, allowing you to reuse existing framing. Installation is simplified with a 7‑ft power cord, NEMA 6‑20P plug, and an included drain kit. Smart features include an infrared sensor for third‑party controllers, two washable air filters, an LED display, and automatic restart with the last settings after a power loss.
